Stock only ethical brands who are environmentally responsible and pay a living wage.

Birthday Discount
Reward loyal customers with an annual discount on their birthday. Only happens once a year!! and the customer would have to make their purchase within a 2/3 day time frame of their birthday 😀

I’m going to reiterate what a lot of people are saying here but please have actual models for your shoes! Especially the more expensive shoe brands like Steve Madden, Joseph, IRO etc.

Trying to find my sizes and there are always 8 and 10 available. Real women aren’t those sizes anymore

Have petite sizes and models wearing them
I’m short and petite. I personally know a lot of the models wearing the clothes and know there is no way it would fit me... I understand this is hugely down to the brands but a few petite models and a search for these brands would be great ;-)

Discount vouchers should be added to the account instead of sending printed paper along with delivery.
I love it when I get discount vouchers with my delivery but I always seem to forget to use them during my next purchase. I wish vouchers were either automatically added to an existing account or had the option to be added for later use.

Modelling of products
I lose interest when I cannot see the full product or style. Some of your products are modelled in such a way that it conceals the style.

have height categories (short, regular and tall) across all clothing.
I always have to return clothes because they are too long for me (I'm 155cm). I don't think I'm alone with other people (tall or short) who are testing the waters every time they order garments, and having to return/refund because the garments fall short (pun intended) of their requirements.

Hard to buy dresses and pants online without knowing if they will be long enough!

Add rewards or credit directly to our accounts
Instead of sending a printed reward or credit, send us a notification via the app and/or an email and add it to our account. Saves printing and paper and makes it way easier to use.
