Have a cancellation order button within 15 minutes from ordering
Due to a glitch I’ve experienced, I ordered two of the same orders. I had contacted the customer service, although the team was helpful I was not satisfied as I’ve to wait the next business DAY for an update. And despite that the item was shipped out and I’ve to go through all the troubles to refund. It wasn’t customer’s fault that there was a glitch too. It made the experience super unpleasant.
