Add short sleeves as a sub-category of dresses.
I prefer short sleeve dresses and it’s currently time consuming finding them.
This is linked to the other suggestion already posted (which I have voted for) for a way to filter for “bra friendly” dresses (with bra straps).13 votes -

use compostable packaging.
The Iconic should be the leader in the online retailers by changing over to fully compostable postage envelopes. Then The Iconic should push back to their retailers to use compostable packaging instead of the plastic sleeves they use for clothing and other things they sell and what they are wrapped in..

Customer picture space
Customers can add pics of the product they received. Often a hand mostly canvas ones will be a different colour to the computer add. Then we can see life pictures of the product.

Allow exchanges for a different product colour, or different product altogether
Only allowed me to exchange for a different size, so I ended up returning the item rather than changing for a different colour (because I didn't want to pay a delivery fee again to have a new colour shipped).

Offer collections curated for a colour palette eg light summer
Take the guesswork out of shopping! Have the experts at the iconic recommend items that suit your colour palette or body type. Could be a search feature that lets you select your colour palette or body type then shows shoppable outfits or individual items that best suits that selection.
