Create a single filter tick box for 'non-leather' shoes
so you don't need to tick all the non-leather fabrics. :)

Old or damaged packaging.
Please don't send customers expensive footwear, even if on sale, in old, broken and damaged shoe boxes. This makes for a horrible experience upon opening the parcel. Repair the box or have it replaced. Wrap the contents securely. The way an item arrives to the customer, the presentation, is all part of the experience. Make it special. Don't send junk packaging it's offensive.

When filtering shop the item in only one colour
So you filter by tops in blue ... it should only show the style once in blue then if you click on the item you can then view the other colour options instead of it showing the same style in all colours when going down the filtered list

Provide a concierge service that sources hard to find items or items not otherwise available in Australia.

Have a reward system for those customers who spend a lot and regularly
The more you spend, the more rewards you unlock! Looking after loyal customers to ensure they continue to use the iconic would be a great step!

use shorter models ie 162cm for size 8-10
This would allow more accurate image of length of tops, skirts, dresses and pants. Even though length of garments are provided, it’s not the same as seeing it on a model more like your own size. Not all size 8,10,12 people are tall like models which is one reason why they are models

Allow you to hide a product on their website
I wish when you are browsing you could hide a product that you are not interested in. I often come back to The Iconic website or app to shop and it would be so much easier to search through the thousands of results if some of the products I had already seen had already been hidden under my account.

More focus on sustainability
More focus on sustainable clothing, packaging etc. Move towards making it a core element of The Iconic. You have done some work towards this but could be so much bette! Cheap, nasty brands that have terrible sustainability record should be phased out where possible and more and more sustainable brands included with a specific focus on sustainability. These clothes are always better long term value and better quality also.
Also could the Iconic look to help with recycling/upcycling or renting clothes? All these ideas are even better than buying new even if it is sustainable!

erase the option of an earlier delivery for $3.95 however it will not arrive when they say
The $3.95 option does not apply in the current climate so do not advertise it. I only ordered the shoes as I thought I would have them on Tuesday as stated however they did not arrive.
I received a credit of $10.00 which is really $6.05.

Allow returns/exhanges on FINAL SALE items
I understand that you are trying to cleat stock but sometimes the size guide does not provide measurements, so it is a huge risk buying sale items that may turn out to be the wrong size and also cannot be refunded or exchanged

Offer faster returns or refund upon return postage confirmation like ASOS etc

Would help find best fit size
Help find best fitted size based on previous purchases and returns with clothing and shoes. Especially for foreign sizes, this would be good for not just myself but my family aswell.

Make a refine tool where you can choose which brands you don't get presented with.
Same as when you pick what brands you wanna see, but you choose what brands you wouldn't want to see. For example if you don't like a particular brand you can choose for it not to come up.

Have a "sister support" eg every purchase made the option to donate to Taboo Sanitary Product (for example)
So with each purchase on womenswear the option to donate back either to Taboo (to end period poverty) or to perhaps start building a donation centre to buy a "Dignity Wardrobe" outfit and help women here with a new outfit https://sydney.dressforsuccess.org/
