Have a boutique section of the website!
Ok, so I can see that there is lots of feedback about removing the cheap and nasty, fast and poor quality fashion from the site which hasn’t happened.
How about if the site was split, have the normal site but have a separate section for higher end, Australian made or more high end items.1 vote -

Store credit
Be able to choose when I apply my store credit. I have had to use the whole thing on the next order. I would rather be able to choose when I can apply it and how long it lasts for.

B'day Rewards, and give special discounts to your loyal customers
I would love to see Birthday Rewards come back, im sure there was such a thing a few years ago. Also rewarding your loyal customers with discounts etc. :)

Virtual Product Try-On
In the future, use artificial intelligence and augmented reality to try on clothes/products virtually via phones/laptops. Then find a way to suggest products that would best suit different body types. Similar to the movie clueless but more futuristic!

Although your postage options are amazing I think free same day pick up would be a big hit especially for people close to the warehouse area

E.g. Sass & Bide VIPs receive 10% off all purchases, Manning Cartell VIPs receive 15% off all purchases, etc. Plus previews on new collections and the ability to pre-order items, etc.

so much bull with this company
LOL, removing express shipping to save the environment by reducing carbon emissions is such bull. If you truly cared about the environment, you'll stop bringing in clothing made of polyester, polyurethane, rayon, acrylic etc. unless it actually serves a function such as being rainwear/waterproof. All these materials make up a MAJORITY of your site's products and by not bringing them in you'll do more for the environment than your silly 'express shipping is now 3.95 we're reducing carbon emissions by 55% guisee12111 schtick'.
The company is not getting better, it's getting worse. First you get rid of 90 day free…

I was appalled to receive two small beauty products (both could fit in the palm of my hand) in a huge cardboard box with brown paper. Do better with sustainable packaging!

Introduce compostable postage bags
Introduce compostable postage bags, Iconic is the 5th online retailer in Australia and would send out hundreds of postage bags weekly even daily! It is critical that such a large retailer in the online marketplace sets a tone environmentally. They could partner with a variety of companies who offer these postage bags. Im sure that online shopping would account for a pretty large portion of single use plastics.
