This, my first ICONIC shop was a very positive experience.
I am sick of bogus (mostly Chinese) suppliers stating they are in Melbourne or Sydney & then I have to wait for weeks before the predictable international parcel arrives with sub standard goods, items different to what are ordered and cheap fabrics or poor workmanship. I want to be able to trust that what I order online is going to be what I receive, that's all. Also the returns/refunds for poor PRC items takes weeks and I wind up with a bad online experience and not wantng to shop online. Also having to get involved with trying to communicate with companies who either can't or won't communicate or offer full refunds. They don't even have direct communication channels or directions for returns of their ****. So, service, returns, communication, efficient postal services and Australian made or sourced where possible.
