It’s a waist trainer but they revolutionised the design to a better fit. And curve under bust.

Have an icon to distinguish of out of stock sizes are coming back in stock or discontinued
So many times I put things on my watch list, and they sit there for months waiting for the size I want to come back in stock. Most of them I end up deleting in the end, not knowing if it is a discontinued item. An icon to indicate if it is a discontinued line would be great in this situation

change the way discounts/freebies are issued?
Would love the option to opt out of physical Hello Fresh Gift Cards/ Freebies and The Iconic Outlet cards with discount code at checkout.
They come in my parcel and I either recycle them, or if I am returning something I send it back with my parcel.
When I return them with my parcel, I am not sure if the cards are thrown out to recycle once reached the Iconic warehouse (people touch it and the Iconic people don't know if the codes have been used)
Some ideas (not sure if financially great for partnership/the company/ if you already have…

Baby/toddler clothes
Reasonably priced, trendy baby/toddler clothes

Put less focus on some of the really cheap brands
(eg Cotton on) and replace them with more upmarket brands. I like seeing the ethical choices and more would be great.

Disney Prince clothes line for boys
Iconic have a Disney Princess clothes line for girls, would be great if there was a Disney Prince clothes line for boys :)

I’d love to see more environmentally friendly packaging!
I know that it can be difficult but I’m sure you could use more environmentally friendly packaging or offset the environmental impact in some way.

Cater for all age groups, more clothing
More age appropriate clothing.
Would like to see more for 50 s and above.

Show clothes on taller/shorter models
I would love to have the option to see jackets, shirts, pants etc. on someone my height (200 cm) to gauge if they will be long enough for me. Right now it's either just buy and hope, or not buy.

Free shipping over $25 like Mecca
Seriously, it’s something programmed into my mind that if shipping is free, I buy more often. I’ve got a top in my wish list with The Iconic that is $21 (bargain right?!) but I’m not buying it because with shipping it brings it up to $29(may as well be $30) and I just can’t justify it. Whereas with Mecca, I’m forever buying makeup and products just because $25 doesn’t seem much and FREE SHIPPING!. I seriously think The Iconic should offer free shipping on all items. I would buy SO MUCH MORE and WAY MORE OFTEN

Have Better and More Brands for KIDS, YOUTH BOYS
I wish to see more of kids especially the Youth Boys, Clothes and Shoes in Popular Brands Like Adidas and Nike etc etc. I Like to Shop for my Son too but there's not much for Youth Boys

A follow, love or favourite button for brands so we can shortlist out faves
I know that you can make a Wishlist of individual pieces of clothing but I would love to be able to favourite certain brands I come across so that I don't forget they exist… I find that I really gravitate towards particular brands and am always discovering more and this would be an easy way to see when they drop new items etc
Also maybe a drag and drop box in favourites/wishlist so that you can line up or group pieces of an outfit together to try and visualise it before purchase2 votes -
Categorize skirt length, and sleeve lengths
Would love to see a category with skirt length and sleeve lengths so I don't have to spend hours scrolling when I'm looking for something specific. I'm much more likely to leave the site from scroll exhaustion, where as I'm much more likely to buy other things, be more loyal, if the iconic saves me time.

Listen to customers
Was given a discount code for $25 however it did not work. Customer service sent an email with troubleshooting ideas. When I responded stating all of these had been met (ie minimum spend was met, within the the validity date, no excluded items, code was correct) and provided screen shots as proof I then got no response however got an email asking for a customer service rating on my recent issue! Would be good to actually have customer service to rate!
