Due to inaccurate sizing details for shoes (ON brand), I ended up choosing the wrong size. Afterwards, I made some Internet research and discovered that I should have ordered a smaller size, I contacted the customer service to amend the order. I've been told that it is not possible.
I am sure that management can find a way to allow for changes BEFORE shipping, instead of Ship-Return-Exchange three ways shipping.
