1. If you select the return 110% credit option it should be applied to your account straight away

   If you don’t receive the return back then retract the credit or charge their Credit card. Waiting weeks for the credit to be applied means you can’t repurchase immediately.
   Zara for example sends your new goods straight away before receiving your return.

   Huge fan base for this brand - ALO in particular seems to be finally catching on here however only limited styles available at style runner
   Missed opportunity for you as they ship for free over minimum spend as is taking over pe nation etc

6. Have an icon to distinguish of out of stock sizes are coming back in stock or discontinued

   So many times I put things on my watch list, and they sit there for months waiting for the size I want to come back in stock. Most of them I end up deleting in the end, not knowing if it is a discontinued item. An icon to indicate if it is a discontinued line would be great in this situation

7. change the way discounts/freebies are issued?

   Would love the option to opt out of physical Hello Fresh Gift Cards/ Freebies and The Iconic Outlet cards with discount code at checkout.

   They come in my parcel and I either recycle them, or if I am returning something I send it back with my parcel.

   When I return them with my parcel, I am not sure if the cards are thrown out to recycle once reached the Iconic warehouse (people touch it and the Iconic people don't know if the codes have been used)

   Some ideas (not sure if financially great for partnership/the company/ if you already have this):
   - have systems/people that can check if codes are used and throw it into someone else's parcel (not sure how that will go down in this COVID world)
   - allow a feature to opt out of freebies in user account
   - allow a feature to choose opt out of freebies at checkout
   - bring the freebie in a pop feature at the order confirmed page - send to email or 'no thanks' option

9. Put less focus on some of the really cheap brands

14. Show clothes on taller/shorter models

    I would love to have the option to see jackets, shirts, pants etc. on someone my height (200 cm) to gauge if they will be long enough for me. Right now it's either just buy and hope, or not buy.

17. Free shipping over $25 like Mecca

    Seriously, it’s something programmed into my mind that if shipping is free, I buy more often. I’ve got a top in my wish list with The Iconic that is $21 (bargain right?!) but I’m not buying it because with shipping it brings it up to $29(may as well be $30) and I just can’t justify it. Whereas with Mecca, I’m forever buying makeup and products just because $25 doesn’t seem much and FREE SHIPPING!. I seriously think The Iconic should offer free shipping on all items. I would buy SO MUCH MORE and WAY MORE OFTEN

20. A follow, love or favourite button for brands so we can shortlist out faves

    I know that you can make a Wishlist of individual pieces of clothing but I would love to be able to favourite certain brands I come across so that I don't forget they exist… I find that I really gravitate towards particular brands and am always discovering more and this would be an easy way to see when they drop new items etc
    Also maybe a drag and drop box in favourites/wishlist so that you can line up or group pieces of an outfit together to try and visualise it before purchase
