Streamline searching
The search function and category breakdowns are terrible. There is too much stock, it all needs to be broken down into more precise categories.

You spend to a certain tier/amount and you are rewarded that back in a voucher to spend or a credit to your account to spend. Incentive for customers to keep shopping.

More clothing modelled for different sized women
Similar to how ASOS does - have the same dress, skirt, shorts, etc modelled in multiple sized women such as a size 8, size 14 and size 20 would mean customers can see how clothing could fit their shape.

Model show live streaming on sales day or regular basis
Live streaming is very popular over the world, bu haven’t seen popular in Australia. You could live streaming on other platforms, like YouTube or Tiktok etc.

Allow customers to change and order before it is shipped
Due to inaccurate sizing details for shoes (ON brand), I ended up choosing the wrong size. Afterwards, I made some Internet research and discovered that I should have ordered a smaller size, I contacted the customer service to amend the order. I've been told that it is not possible.
I am sure that management can find a way to allow for changes BEFORE shipping, instead of Ship-Return-Exchange three ways shipping.1 vote -

Consolidate all orders
Instead of purchases being delivered at different times depending on which brand you shop for, all purchases should be consolidated into one shipment and delivered together. This would eliminate missed deliveries as well.

If you select the return 110% credit option it should be applied to your account straight away
If you don’t receive the return back then retract the credit or charge their Credit card. Waiting weeks for the credit to be applied means you can’t repurchase immediately.
Zara for example sends your new goods straight away before receiving your return.3 votes -

Huge fan base for this brand - ALO in particular seems to be finally catching on here however only limited styles available at style runner
Missed opportunity for you as they ship for free over minimum spend as is taking over pe nation etc1 vote
