Hold my place when scrolling on the app!
I’m browsing on the app then I respond to a message or take a call and when I go back to the app I’ve lost my spot. I also never know how many pages I have left to scroll through - need that satisfaction of getting to the last page.

The search function and category breakdowns are terrible. There is too much stock, it all needs to be broken down into more precise categories.

Show jewellery on someone, otherwise it can be deceiving especially with size etc.
Earrings and necklaces need a face and neck to show proportions.

More clothing modelled for different sized women
Similar to how ASOS does - have the same dress, skirt, shorts, etc modelled in multiple sized women such as a size 8, size 14 and size 20 would mean customers can see how clothing could fit their shape.

Model show live streaming on sales day or regular basis
Live streaming is very popular over the world, bu haven’t seen popular in Australia. You could live streaming on other platforms, like YouTube or Tiktok etc.

Allow customers to change and order before it is shipped
Due to inaccurate sizing details for shoes (ON brand), I ended up choosing the wrong size. Afterwards, I made some Internet research and discovered that I should have ordered a smaller size, I contacted the customer service to amend the order. I've been told that it is not possible.
I am sure that management can find a way to allow for changes BEFORE shipping, instead of Ship-Return-Exchange three ways shipping.1 vote -
