Double filter or sub-filter search function
Add additional layers to filtering. Currently if I filter a dress for “maxi” and “long sleeve” it will return all maxi dresses (of every sleeve length) and all long sleeve dresses (of every vertical length). I would like to be able to for example filter by maxi dresses first and then by long sleeve dresses, so the only results are maxi long sleeve dresses.

Would make ALL the stock that is listed on their site available to be shipped to NZ. It is an expectation that if you list it, you ship it.
Not okay to send follow up emails lying to customers and saying that the item is out of stock when it’s readily available to purchase again. Charge the customers for added shipping if that’s what your third party supplier is concerned about or don’t list it on your site. That’s not fair trading.

Display different ways the item can be worn.
I want to know that I'm going to get several outfits from the item I buy. I would like to see how others style the item and have the option to buy any additional items I like that make-up that style

Make sure all items have all filter categories applied
If items are missing filter categories, users are unable to find them easily. If you search for shoes with the filter 'black', not all black shoes show because some items are missing the colour category in their data

Make sure all filter categories are applied to all items
Sometimes applying a filter will filter out items that should be contained in it. For example, if you search all black items, some black items will now show. This is because the item doesnt have the data added to it correctly. Items without proper data will sell much worse because it's harder to discover

Have more pants for shorter women
Being 5 foot 4 makes it hard to get pants that I don’t have to take up all the time

Create Better Subcategories for Pants
And be proactive in tagging their products as such! Flare, Straight Leg, Suit Pant, Wide Leg - the works please. Because right now when you look any of those up, you get a bunch of yoga pants and as much as many Aussies love their lycra, some of us don't... and need to find work pants.

Fabric recycling
When a garment is past repair and has lived a good life, it would be great if there was an ethical place to send it so the cotton or wool could be reused in someway. As Australia’s most popular online retailer, I feel like THE ICONIC is perfectly placed to be a leader in this space.

Ability to Customise App to my preferences
Please add features like defaulting to my preferences, specific brands, or at the very least, gender-specific tastes. For instance, when I select a brand to browse, it should quickly show me only “Men’s” clothing instead of the current arrangement, which always prioritises women’s clothing, followed by teenagers’ and kids’ clothing. It’s quite frustrating that your application lacks this feature while many others do. It’s a simple code change that you can implement!

Filter out brands in search
Currently if you “select all” brands they all return in search results BUT the check boxes next to their names remain untucked. Please have all text boxes get ticked when you “select all” brands. Then make it possible to uncheck specific brands to filter out. So if there were only 5 brands I didn’t want to return results for, I could “select all” brands, then uncheck the 5 brands I don’t want to display, and have every other brand display in results.

"Everything but" button
When searching for items (exmaple; colour). You should be able to click a button that says "everything but" and selecting the 2 colours out of the 40 that you don't like, rather than having to select 38 colours of choice.

Have the option of not automatically updating search results
Sometimes if you are wanting to set a specific search up it is very tedious that you have to stop after every selection for the page to re load as the results auto update. Can we have a button to turn on or off automatic search results. If you turn that off, there could be an Apply button instead that you can click to display results after you have made all your search selections. So you could search for dresses, search results display. Then you could select 5 categories, a price range, 10 brands, 4 materials, THEN select apply and…

More accurate ring sizing
The iconic needs to be better at correctly listing Australian sizing. Often the AU size listed is a number. However, Australia uses the alphabet. This confusion increases with the US and Japan using different alphabet letters for sizing.

Have the option to not go blank when to look at the size of items whilst scrolling through the wishlist. Please fix the issue.
Happens everything i scroll through the wishlist and try to look or change the size. The screen goes blank and I have to go back and click on wishlist again and go to find the same thing. Also no option to filter based on color on the wishlist.
