I want to re-sell my items
Items we bought through here to be able to re sell them, by fair price of course and to be in perfect condition.
I have dresses that i have worn once and I want to buy new ones for every occasion, but at the same time to not overload my wardrobe. Also, there are some dresses that i would have love to bought but missed my opportunity, so this would be the chance to buy them.. anyway in our order details we still have the link and the description, you could add just a button pre loved.4 votes -
An outfit event picker
As someone who doesn't really have any idea about smart casual/casual/formal events. Iconic should have a section of their website/app where you can come and select what type of event it is and then you can build your outfit. The pairings are okay, however I have found that sometimes the outfit doesn't really mesh well.
i.e you come to the app you select the event being a smart-casual and the season of the event you can then go through and pick everything from Shirt, pants, shoes, belt and even accessories.

Stock more NZ Brands and designers
As you ship to New Zealand, I would personally love to see alot more New Zealand designers and brands on your site, it is heavily weighted with AU designers, NZ often have a slightly different tweak to their designs and are more quirky and have more personality.

Sizing itemized
The only reason I don’t shop often from your site is the sizing issue luckily your return process is so easy. But if you are not going to improve your sizing clarifications the least you can do it make sure we can return ALL items even the ones on sale.

Have the option to not go blank when to look at the size of items whilst scrolling through the wishlist. Please fix the issue.
Happens everything i scroll through the wishlist and try to look or change the size. The screen goes blank and I have to go back and click on wishlist again and go to find the same thing. Also no option to filter based on color on the wishlist.

Have an easier reward system. I always have to go back and find the email or forget i got a discount to apply.

Size charts specific to the brand & detailed measurements for model in pic wearing that item…no use having their height if it’s for a Tshirt
As well as a chart for the specific brand, detailed measurements of the pictured model wearing the item..no use having their height measurement if it is a TShirt u are considering purchasing

International shipping
International shipping option for people that are from Australia but are currently living overseas

Would make ALL the stock that is listed on their site available to be shipped to NZ. It is an expectation that if you list it, you ship it.
Not okay to send follow up emails lying to customers and saying that the item is out of stock when it’s readily available to purchase again. Charge the customers for added shipping if that’s what your third party supplier is concerned about or don’t list it on your site. That’s not fair trading.

Display different ways the item can be worn.
I want to know that I'm going to get several outfits from the item I buy. I would like to see how others style the item and have the option to buy any additional items I like that make-up that style

Double filter or sub-filter search function
Add additional layers to filtering. Currently if I filter a dress for “maxi” and “long sleeve” it will return all maxi dresses (of every sleeve length) and all long sleeve dresses (of every vertical length). I would like to be able to for example filter by maxi dresses first and then by long sleeve dresses, so the only results are maxi long sleeve dresses.

Have summer dresses like there are on Shein. I dont want to buy from shein but they have the exact type of summer dresses I have been lookin
Please copy the dress ideas off shein. I looked in so many stores in Melbourne for those perfect small summer dress . The items on offer are not what i am looking for. Unfortunately shein has the exact dresses i want to buy. Why does Australian fashion not make better quality items off the shein best sellers. I would buy them for sure. Loys of people do not want to buy of shein but they know the type of product we are looking for.

Fabric recycling
When a garment is past repair and has lived a good life, it would be great if there was an ethical place to send it so the cotton or wool could be reused in someway. As Australia’s most popular online retailer, I feel like THE ICONIC is perfectly placed to be a leader in this space.

More style diversity, and better filters
There is such limited diversity in your catalogue - overloaded with the basics, jeans and sneakers. Finding different styles, and even specific items is a nightmare. For instance, trying to find winter clothes, like long sleeve tops is tricky, when searching long sleeve tops and applying filters leaves doesn’t seem to bring up all long sleeves available. Filters also don’t seem to work well generally (e.g., ‘clothing’ category still brings up shoes and watches). Such little diversity of style in your catalogue. I love that there’s a focus on national brands, and sustainability, but currently you have such little winter…
