I would suggest a simple reply sticker printed, as I have found this an annoyance to arrange, and also that I've had to pay at times to return, when I have bought two items to make sure I get the best fit.
Also a voucher or a "Share and Win" given daily or weekly to a boy and girl via a selected hastag on insta or FB have that credited to your account, or receive an emailed special code, for 30 day use.
goes without saying a discount for your birthday also that lasts 30 days.

Some websites will list the number of items remaining after filtering in your search. Very helpful when using the app!

This should be voluntary not forced upon customers.

Actually delivery your order
When you give your money to them, I wish they would actually send out the stuff you ordered instead of sending nothing out

Have invoice available to download on website, not only through email
Display the actual price you paid for the item in the order details area - at the moment it displays the original price, and just the lump discount you received in the total price of the order.
