  2. Suggestions on Improvement

    • Have a “Shop the look” option, when looking at a certain item, have all products the model is wearing also, as some people like to wear the exact same look, and it would be much easier to find.
    • Have a VIP “membership”, as a lot of us spend lots of money on iconic, yet there is no reward for that, something like what Sephora offers, with a point system.
    • More variety on certain brand products, for example, Nike and adidas sneakers, they have many new releases yet there is nothing on iconic from them, it would be nice to have…

    When you're in a sale category, such as current 'up to 61.6% off', it's frustrating that you can't filter the category by Sport or Tights.

  13. A pre-loved section - buyers return within 30 days and receive a % back

    After purchasing an item, if in perfect condition and have returned within 30 days of purchase the item will go to the "pre-loved" section of the iconic and buyer will recieve a percentage of the amount originally paid back.

    Many of us purchase clothes for one time only events, this also gives others opportunity to buy clothes in good condition for a cheaper price.

  15. Adding a note or tab to say if the brand is Made in Australia

    Or adding where the garment is made in the description section of the item, so we know where our clothes are coming from.

  17. Let me exclude items I don't like

    I spend a lot of time browsing on the app. I'd like to be able to cross off any item I really don't like so that it won't show up again. Ever. If I have no intention of ever purchasing it, I'd prefer not to see it every time I browse. I'm sure it would help you guys knowing which items people are really not liking!

  18. Stock a broader range of sizes in womens shoes eg Size 35 or 41-42

    size 35 / AU5 or 5.5 in womens shoes - I have small feet and really struggle to find shoes I like. Many of the designers featured also make 35's but these aren't stocked on the Iconic. I can imagine women with foot sizes on the other end of the spectrum eg 41-42 have just as much trouble.
