By the time I receive the promotional emails from the iconic those products are already out of stock.
Most of the time when I receive the promotional email from Iconic. Their products are already out of stock especially shoes. It make me feel very bad. I means it's better If I wouldn't recieved that email at first place. Thx

Put more focus on good quality and sustainable brands, and less on poor quality and cheap brands.
It's frustrating that a lot of the focus is on Atmos&here, Dazie, Dorothy Perkins, Cotton On etc. as these are very cheap and poor quality. It would be great to be able to filter these out easily.

Support Australian creatives and artists - fashion and others
as fashion is a creative industry it would be great if THE ICONIC were able to donate to Australian acting / arts industry benevolent funds or independent theatre / galleries to keep creativity alive through the global impact COVID has. Even some awareness of what Australian industries / charities your business donates to or supports would be good to know

Airrobe - automatic suggestion that the product is on airrobe already
LOVE THE AIROBE CONCEPT - but would love if perhaps at the checkout, there was a little pop up that said that 'this item is available in a ... condition in the size you are looking at for $- on airrobe, check it out!".
AND THEN, IT WOULD BE GODLY if the airrobe and the iconic baskets of your purchases CAME TOGETHER as one, so that more people would be encouraged to use airobe becuase they are being notified that what they are looking for is on there, and its so easy!

Please stop showing items multiple times in a search
Whenever I do a search I am constantly seeing products pop up again and again on later pages. I'd like to see each one only once. Also, I'd like to see more items on a page, at least 100, without having to click 'next'.

Have a health edit, and better shoe comfort/support filters.
The considered edit and wellness category are good but I'd like more physical health and well-being focuses.
For shoes: add a 'support' category and monitor the 'comfort' category better.
- Many self-reported 'comfort' shoes don't even have the bare minimum. It should only include quality brands that know what they're doing and design their shoes for all-day wear: with high-quality shaping, padding, soft material + seams that don't cause blisters etc. Also, a lot of good shoes/brands aren't in the edit.
- An even higher standard 'support' filter for shoes that have podiatrist certified designs, insoles etc. would be great.Other categories could benefit from health/well-being edits too, like hypoallergenic materials. Currently the 'free from' is just beauty products, but jewellery, clothing and homewares with quality materials for sensitive skin, asthma, and other health considerations would be useful.
I'm sure the materials filter helps with that. But it'd actually be cool to see all the brands dedicated to different health considerations - from shoes to sensitive skin - together in the considered edit.

Have better range of wide fit shoes
My feet are fat! But I love shoes (especially sandals)

be a bit tighter on the categories.
I am here looking for clothes to wear to work, and under "smart casual" is a lot of off shoulder, very short, see through and frilly gear that is not smart at all. there are plenty of categories for beach/ party / casual but Smart Casual needs to mean what it says. I've been put off shopping on this site as its so hard to get a relevant filter.

Be able to filter by item length (to the cm)
Include length (in cm) and be able to filter in a range of lengths
(Please, I'm tall and shopping for dresses is a nightmare)

encompass a range for all people currently the more mature audience is left out
a section where you have clothes tailored to the more mature with more mature models modelling the clothes
