Have a health edit, and better shoe comfort/support filters.
The considered edit and wellness category are good but I'd like more physical health and well-being focuses.
For shoes: add a 'support' category and monitor the 'comfort' category better.
- Many self-reported 'comfort' shoes don't even have the bare minimum. It should only include quality brands that know what they're doing and design their shoes for all-day wear: with high-quality shaping, padding, soft material + seams that don't cause blisters etc. Also, a lot of good shoes/brands aren't in the edit.
- An even higher standard 'support' filter for shoes that have podiatrist certified designs, insoles etc. would be great.
Other categories could benefit from health/well-being edits too, like hypoallergenic materials. Currently the 'free from' is just beauty products, but jewellery, clothing and homewares with quality materials for sensitive skin, asthma, and other health considerations would be useful.
I'm sure the materials filter helps with that. But it'd actually be cool to see all the brands dedicated to different health considerations - from shoes to sensitive skin - together in the considered edit.
