reconsider the 'Final sale - no return' promotions – you can really buy a pig in a poke!
Although, final sales are great, the photos do not always show the true quality of fabric (which is sometimes horribly cheap in spite of high-end price). As a customer, I am incredibly disappointed with the recent purchase the store would not allow to be returned.
At least make the 'No return' phrase more discernible on your mobile platform: the purchase was made from the smartphone, and the footnote was simply not noticed.8 votes -
Varied range
Provide a more varied range of styles/brands. Current range is very basic and some of the brands are very cheap mass produced items. Stock some more well known brands perhaps? More designer range.

Larger sizes in Denim and Branded shorts
Mens Denim Jeans, Denim Shorts, Casual Shorts for 40 inch waist and above. Larger Singlets from Brand Names like Nike, Lonsdale, Adidas for the bigger guys......2XL, 3XL, 4XL sizes that are true to measurement when you get them. Sizes need to be transparent.

The return shipping label is aligned too close to the edge of the paper when you print it out
It's difficult to prevent part of the label being cut off by an automatic print border. If you could place the label further inwards from the edge of the paper, it would help. I realise the current alignment works for Australia Post.

Have a toddler/ kids range
I have a one year old boy & would love to get funky clothing & especially cool new kicks, that isn't the same as all the other kids- from shopping at the "normal" shops everyone goes to! ;-)

Always have a picture of shoes on a model with a full front on picture
I like to have a visual of how the shoe looks on a foot with a full front forward picture with nothing cut off

Offer a pickup service for returns. I'd be happy to pay extra online if I chose that option, I just don't get time to go to the post office.

Add more PETITE lady's brands,
particularly quality tailored work pants suitable for office wear (suiting) for us ladies with a shorter waist and shorter legs, need something that fits properly and is comfortable

Stock a range of Camera Bags & Accessories
With so many people after good quailty functional camera bags, I think Iconic would do well to stock several brands. Camera bags have become extremely stylish and versatile whether it be a backpack or messenger style (or other) Most bags now come with an added laptop sleeve and removeable padded “pods” for camera gear making them multi-functional. And with the available range of materials ie leather, waterproof, water resistant, canvas, waxed canvas etc, consumers are more than happy to buy the best to protect their gear

It would be good to enter a style like rock show or stylish dad, dress down friday etc and get lots of options to look at
