No expiry on gift cards!!!
It's so disappointing when you find a gift card you forgot about and it has expired and you either lose the entire amount or have to pay a fee to be ale to use it (but only if it is within a week of expiry, any time after that, forget it, you've lost your money).
If you send a gift voucher as a gift, it would be great to be notified when it has been used!
It would also be great to send regular emails once a month to both the buyer and recipient to let them know they still…

Basic Fine Jewellery at affordable prices would be welcomed.
There are lots of imitation jewellery available but at exorbitant prices. How about a range of basic fine jewellery - real gold, silver, jewels etc. at affordable prices.

Improve size information for footwear
I find sizing most inconsistent on footwear. Providing a measurement for the wearable length of shoe, taken from inside the shoe, could help understand differences in each brand/style

Have cheaper priced items ranging to designer labels. Not everyone can afford $400 shoes.
I wish your items started at cheaper prices. I know most people can’t afford $400 shoes. That’s why I buy from ASOS more.

Have a monthly up and coming designer range which supports local designers in getting their clothing into the world. Popular items could stay permanent.

Have a greater range of clothing for older women not just the younger ones and more modest dresses and clothing.
