   Help with finding the right size that fits you in each product or brand as every brand have different makes and sizes. By asking a few questions weight height etc then saving on your account so when your looking at a product it will automatically recommend your size in the item

6. Stock luxury brands

   It would be great to see higher end fashion brands such as Moschino, Versace & Burberry and not have The Iconic limit it only to diffusion lines such as Love Moshcino and VERSUS Versace (brands which you do currently stock).

12. Birthday Voucher

    Received Birthday discount voucher but when I was doing purchse could not understand where I should apply voucher and at the end no discount was given. It stated “20% off on your next purchase” so it should automatically apply discount on my purchase.

15. Shopping Cart Enhancement

    Provide the option to select & buy individual items in the “Bag” so I don’t have to move them to saved items if I don’t want to immediately buy them. Similar to AliExpress App/shopping experience, have one view of all items not have switch from “Bag” to “Saved Items”

16. Allow delivery to Australia Post parcel lockers!

    We should be able to enter a parcel locker address as the delivery address - this is why Australia Post provides this service!

    Currently, the only way to have something from the Iconic delivered to a parcel locker is to: 1. Enter a home delivery address even though you know you won't be home and don't want the parcel left unattended; and 2. Wait until the parcel is sent and then request a redirection through Australia Post, to a parcel locker (which then delays the delivery time by at least a day). It's a bit old fashioned to still have to pick up parcels during work hours over the counter at the post office.

    We should be able to enter a parcel locker address as the delivery address - this is why Australia Post provides this service!

19. Website and Phone App should be linked

    It would be great if the website and the mobile app were linked. At the moment I don't believe they are as I seem to have to put my wishlist in both the website and on my phone separately. On the phone app there is a "Manage your brands" section which is great. I wish this was on the website too.
