More professional Unboxing experience
Try and post packages in a more professional way by showing off your logo on a box, not just a plastic bag! When you open the box it’s neatly packaged and a little letter saying thankyou! Little things like that will really boost your organisation!!!

Have length of shoe in description
It is hard to purchase shoes online as there is just no standard sizing across different brands or even within the same brand. There is a tool called the visa-meter (used in some kids shoe stores) which is adjustable and is used to measure the length inside any shoe. It would be so handy if the length of the shoe would be available under the product description. This would save sooo much back and forth- which I'm sure would completely change the game for online shoe shopping in terms of increasing efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. I am also sure…

It would be great if you could extend exchange period by noting if a personal purchase or gift. I often buy in advance .
By providing an option and name of who you are purchasing for with date. Ie birthday Christmas , it would be great if you could register an exchange after the date time limit 14 days. Sometimes buying in advance can risk body size changes and kids growing

Carry longer length pants
I am tall and thin with long legs. I have 34inch (86.36cm) inseam. The pants I'm finding on your site are all too short.

I think if you could have the same type of sizing selection as the ZALORA app it would help a lot

You will see what I mean in the above image.
They have sizing for different countries so all you need to do is pick your country then pick the type of sizing. It will lessen confusion and help keep things consistent. Also will not have to keep checking the sizing chart.24 votes -

Stock the English shoemaker Loakes in 1880 & Export Grade range.
Loakes 1880's & EG range, are excellent quality for the price, made in England, goodyear welted construction. Way better than your current offerings of Church's, Aquila, Brando & Hugo Boss.

Models who are size 10 or 12 with more curves please!
Please employ models who are more closely representative of the average girl - size 8 models with minimal curves aren't it! So hard to imagine what some clothes will look like on size 10 to 12 women who have fuller bustlines and broader thighs.

I'd like to see more ethical clothing options. Organics and brands that are doing good!
It's hard to make the right choices as a consumer. I wonder about the history of the clothes I buy, where the fabrics were sourced and whether the people that sewed them made a decent living or if all the mo eye goes to the middle man. I'd be prepared to spend a little more to know I was buying ethical clothing. And to buy classic, well-made pieces that will last more than a season or two.

In way of customer retention and to keep us coming back - you should focus on your loyal customers by rewarding us. I know new customer acquisition is important but it would be nice to feel appreciated for all the business I give to The Iconic :)

Hire a more professional delivery service.
Courier not only couldn't be bothered to knock on the door at a time when three people where at home, but also couldn't be bothered to fill in the delivery card. I received a blank deliver card with no consignment number (which you need to chase up where your parcel is). Had to phone the courier company to get that information, and it's really not at a place convenient from my house. I have complained to the courier company about this, but so far, no one has bothered to respond to me on it.
