Also issues when purchasing items and then by the time I receive it or want to return it suddenly is on the Final sale and can't be returne.
Keep record of when item is purchased in regards to Final Sales. I have purchased items and between the time of receiving or wanting to return the item it is now in Final Sale category. When I purchased it that wasn't the case so if when we order you could flag it, colour code etc that identifies that it was not purchased as part of this Sale. This could be done within our Order summary. Therefore allowing me to still return/ exchange the item. Currently I have to contact you for authorisation to return these items. It makes me a little concerned when I order now- what if this happens again to my order and I have to contact you all the time to return something.
