It would be sick if you had a trial period for an item like Oscar Wylee does - where you get it shipped to you for free and you can either return the item OR you can choose to keep it and then pay for the costs.

maje sure the size measurements are accurate
I am a size 14 but bought a 16 dress to make it nice and comfy and bust area is very very tight. ridicul9us seeing as everything in wardrobe is a 14 or 12

Have a section for more ethical brands
Include a section on the site that includes the most ethical brands within The Iconic suite so that people can start to think more about where their clothes are coming from and how they're sourced before purchasing.

Style a model and allow me to purchase the entire look without finding each item
I want The Iconic to completely style a model and allow me to click 'purchase this look'. The options then come up to select size and colour of each item or remove the items you do't want to purchase.

For each account holder to be able to choose three brands they want permanent/ regular VIP discounts on
Instead of a loyalty programme maybe the more you shop the more of a permanent discount you get on your most shopped brands. For example if I love cotton on, Nike, and tigerlily I select those and the more I shop them the more of a discount I get on them up to 10 or 15% which would be additional to any sale discount.

have your sub-categories so that when you pick your sub-categories only those ones you pick come up, otherwise why bother having them?

Source products that are made of higher quality material
I would be willing to pay more for better quality material on your product range. For example, more coats made of wool as opposed to polyester - I need my coat to keep me warm and I’m happy to pay more for it!
