Let me see clothes that are matching for adults and kids! Parents love this! Lots of brands sell matching clothes e.g. billabong has matching boardies but it's really hard to search for it

Extended return periods over the holidays
Buying presents during Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales makes it near on impossible to return the item if you bought the wrong size.

Suggesting recommendations also shown in picture
When there is a picture showing the item your looking to buy the model is always wearing other items I normally wish to buy but have to search from them seperate so having down further recommendations to go with that shirt by suggesting the other items in that photo

Offer the best possible price across all online shops
I would love to know that regardless of clothing item or accessories I could know 100% the iconic would have the best price online which saves time and boosts the brand.

Could the website post/email a gift voucher on customer’s birthday? It will make a customer feel more connected to the website. It aso can motivate/ stimulate customers to buy thing from website on their anniversary.

Introduce more Affordable Accessories to compliment the premium brand range
A beautiful dress/top/skirt is never complete with the complimentary eyewear, bags and shoes - there are many brands that do these but dont seem to cater for our Australian spending ability while paying for weekly costs such as rent, outings, makeup of course and transport - i mean its hard out here for a working lady
e.g. a nice dress/ designer brand range main piece 140-400$ paired with a satchel bag in a universal colour ($80) and heels that fit ($60 - 150) and eyewear to match (60-180)
