  1. Bring in video as well as just photos.

    The asos website has a feature where there is a short, no frills video of the model walking and turning around in the clothing. As well as the usual photos. I find this makes a huge difference as compared to just photos.

  3. Have a tab we can click for 'sustainable' or 'locally made' or 'ethical clothing australia' accredited products!

    You have heaps of brands that are doing really great things for the environment or workers rights, but it is really hard to find them without having to google search EVERY BRAND! As an ethics-conscious shopper, I would use the iconic way more if I could just click to select brands that are doing right by people and the environment.

  5. Show earings, sunglasses & shoes on models

    So you can get a better perspective of size and shape and fit! Often earings are quite different in size on a model than on their own. Shoes don’t look the same on.

  6. Send orders to trusted customers VIPs, and the customer only pays for what they keep.

    Would be a great thing if you could order multiple sizes of clothing and only pay for what you keep. Waiting for refunds makes me think twice about purchasing!

  10. Do short videos of your models in garments . You can see how the clothing sits etc alot more compared to a photo.

    Shoot short vids of your models wearing garments so we can see how the garment sits, it's such a great feature for online shoppers to use

    Some sneakers are only made for "men" and come in male sizes. It would be useful if the conversion chart has men sizes and their equivalent women's size to be able to compare

  19. Enable us to swipe through item images in item thumbnail (instead of needing to click through to item to see images)

    Think of all the time we would save if we didn’t need to click into an item to decide we don’t like it! We could swipe through image thumbnails in list view and keep scrolling if we don’t like, rather than waiting for pages to load/re-load.
