Like everybody else, I love shopping at the iconic. I just wish there were more higher end brands like these and others!

better fit on larger size models
often the larger models are jn ill fitting clothes. this is not necessary and doesn’t do the brand any service

Environment marketing
Identify products that have been manufactured in environmental friendly ways, ie the Ralph Lauren green polo shirt fabric is made from 100% plastic bottles. These products should have a green sticker on the photo.

Brand Insights
When looking at a product there should be a brand insights option where you can see what other items you’ve purchased or returned from that brand. It will help you choose style and size based on past purchases

Deposit for trying on clothes
It would be great if, instead of paying the full amount for each item we want to try on, we could put down a deposit instead. That way we can try on different sizes of the same outfit and return what we don’t use. Cards could be charged the remaining amount for items that haven’t been returned within a certain time frame.

Provide more detailed sizing
I like when online clothing sites put sizing per garment - not the brand. Even top brands have discrepancies. Maybe show the the size the model is wearing and her measurements? Or measure each item rather than putting a generic size guide?

Allow me to tell the app I only want to see things in my size range and it only/mainly advertise those to me
If I tell the app I’m plus size, only show me plus size stuff. I don’t need to see anything that doesn’t come in plus sizes. And you’re not losing sales, because you can show me stuff that comes in 8 to 14 all you like, I’m not buying something that won’t fit

Dresses and skirts lengths
Please add the lengths todresses and skirts so it can help shopping experience better and easier. I have purchased clothes whereby they were either took long or too short with no lengths details to help make better judgements when purchasing especially dresses and skirts.
Having it just on the model does not make the shopping experience any better.7 votes
