  2. Enable filter to opt out of types and styles - like opt out long sleeves

    Filter is great, but it would be even better if you could cut out things you didn't want like sleeve length, colour, dress length, etc

  3. allow you to filter out maternity clothes/plus size/petite

    It would be good if you could filter out categories of clothing that don't apply, e.g. maternity, plus size and petite.

  5. Have more suitable coloured backgrounds for clothes. White clothes on white background makes it hard to really see the clothes properly.

    Give styling advice from stylists on a live chat or something along those lines. Asos did this at one stage and really helped me to choose clothes I would never have thought would suit me based on my figure shape.

  7. Honour proper refund rules and refund a double charge to my credit card through PayPal while it was glitchy

    You are LITERALLY SENDING ME TWO PAIRS OF THE SAME SHOE AND I CONTACTED YOU IMMEDIATELY and I am also out $150 this is APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I even would have taken a store credit but all I got was excuses. Not good enough I will be taking my business and money to a better site.

    Please please update customers on delays, I ordered something for a birthday last week and was told it would be here by thursday and turns out there was delay I was not notified about and now I am waiting intil monday i decided to order the same item on express shipping and it said to be here today and my order hasn't even been processed yet. I am extremely dissapointed as I see this person every few months and I arranged there presents all to be here by today. Obviously in peak times such as fathers day you would know…

    It would be great to see more kinds of shoes & boots from different brands and designers . I would love to see more high-heels , platform wedges . My fav brand is Jeffrey Campbell that I would love to buy from ICONIC .

  12. Using "notify me" as a reason to restock

    So the notify me button is great. But, can you please take note of all the things people click notify me on. Use it as guidance to actually restock. Take action to restock rather than just notify if it is restocked. Also, if you KNOW it isn't going to come back in stock, then tell the people who clicked notify me that it will not be back in stock. It's super frustrating to click notify me for months and have no idea if that button even does anything.

  15. Mens Plus sizes , very good idea but the range is so limited and has been the same for months

  16. Always display items in the same order for ease of knowing where you’re up to.

    If I’m searching in a large category with filters on, and have to close the app for some reason, it always seems to load the items in a different order, so I sit there scrolling through the items I may or may not have looked at already. Would rather know what I’ve already seen.

  18. What’s available in the standard range, have available in the curve range! And not different ranges.

    Brands like Atmos and here have a different range from their standard range to their curve range, yes there are some things the same but not everything.
