Agree that couriers send sms to ask permissions about the parcel if no one at home.
Even select 'Send to nearest post office if unsafe to leave'.
Couriers always leave parcels in mailbox every time.
At the moment I have to use Parcel Point for safety. Please consider more convenience way. Thanks
