Take care of their items,
I ordered Quay sunnies JLo Reina.. and there’s a bit of scratch. I didn’t complain for an exchange or return cause it’s such a hassle to return the item cause I have already waited for it for so long to be delivered.
Your items on sale or whatsoever doesn’t mean you’ll give us a not so good quality items.

Bring back 100 day free returns
Or at least make it 60 days, going from 100 to 30 is such a huge jump. The 100 day free return policy is what set The Iconic apart from every other retailer, and offered so much peace of mind when shopping online.

You can chose your average size and it shows a model that size in the item

Include the other available colours for items instead of having to click into the picture to find out.
If the item is black and its available in blue or red, say it on the front pic, having to constantly click into the photo to find out if other colours are available can be at times frustrating.
That, or have a quick preview that doesn't take you to a new page to flick through the photos and have the model show all the colours the item is available in.1 vote -
Dresses and skirts lengths
Please add the lengths todresses and skirts so it can help shopping experience better and easier. I have purchased clothes whereby they were either took long or too short with no lengths details to help make better judgements when purchasing especially dresses and skirts.

Same postage time regardless where it’s coming from
Encourage partner brands to express post items same day so the consumer is not impacted by wether the goods are coming from an iconic warehouse or somewhere else. Consistent service.

Stock the Gazelle Wedge sandal by Charles by Charles David (only available in the USA currently)
Its a slip on strappy wedge (not platform) and seems to be a narrow fit. I find most shoes in australia are for normal/wide feet. And most heeled wedge sandals at the moment seem to have an ankle strap (ugh). I used to have a similar pair 20 years ago and wore them to death. I don't care about the brand - just the type of shoe -they are the best most versatile thing. I haven't seen anyone else making something similar in a long time.
