I would like if the Iconic could have a 'recently added' brands icon where you can click on it and see all the new brands that are new to the Iconic. I love checking out all the new stock when brands arrive.

Double boxing and non descriptive packaging
I’d like to see double boxing on shoes and they get smashed by postage mobs,also non descriptive packaging so no one including postal workers don’t know it’s from iconic,it’s even saffer when leaving parcel on the porch too

More silk camisoles and slips would be nice.

Offer better prices up front.
Rather than chasing sales, cheaper prices from the start would get me buying sooner...

If an item is out of stock, offer to contact the supplier to see if you can source one for the customer
Some sites that don’t have an item in stock offer to contact the supplier to see if they can source an item for you. If the customer pays a 10% deposit to show they are serious about buying the item, offer to contact the supplier on their behalf

Plus size tops are all too short
A lot of the plus size tops are very short and unflattering. Plus size people have large stomachs and we need options for tops that are long enough to cover them

Make up and sell complete outfits with accessories to match and sell for a discounted price.
Have complete outfits that colour match or go together that will help with outfit ideas and discount prices. Users will be able to get ideas and purchase complete get-ups with one click. Good for those that struggle with styling.

Have ALL products shown as in stock shipped directly from The Iconic warehouse. Still waiting for 2 items I ordered 16 Feb to arrive
Have ALL products shown as in stock shipped directly from The Iconic and not from couriers who's tracking info tells me aboustley zilch. Then getting emails from The Iconic saying item undeliverable. Wrong tracking number etc. Waiting 10 days for 2 items to arrive from 2 different couriers is not what I expected from The Iconic

Add a drag and drop sorting feature on my wishlist
It would be cool to be able to easily sort items that I want. The boards are an okay idea but I personally don’t find them useful.
