Have a cancellation order button within 15 minutes from ordering
Due to a glitch I’ve experienced, I ordered two of the same orders. I had contacted the customer service, although the team was helpful I was not satisfied as I’ve to wait the next business DAY for an update. And despite that the item was shipped out and I’ve to go through all the troubles to refund. It wasn’t customer’s fault that there was a glitch too. It made the experience super unpleasant.

Stock American labels that Australians can’t get delivered to Australia
Label such as avocado muse (women’s training wear) be stocked with Iconic. I can’t buy this label from their website, if I want to it cost $70US for shipping alone. Stock other brands we can’t easily get or can get buy shipping is ridiculous

More of a baby range and products
Love the quality branded baby lines available. Having more of this would be amazing! Sometimes mums find it hard to get out and about and we do online shop quite a bit. Having more of these products at hand would be fabulous! Also a bigger maternity range and oversized clothing would be great!

“no logo” Search Label
I love the app! However I wish there was someway to search for clothes that have no logo on them. This would be especially useful to your clients who love non-logo’d high quality brands. For example: hats that have no logo displaying on the front, likewise with shirts etc.

The fast shipping was one of the main reasons I have used the iconic for Christmas/birthday gifts as well as social occasions that just sprung up.
More savings incentives for long term and frequent customers would keep me shopping more often.
