Ensure resold items are clean and free of damage
Thoroughly check returned items before re-selling them. It’s unacceptable to receive an item you’ve paid full price for only to find it’s obvious it’s a return because there are marks or damage to the item, and the packaging is torn or missing, so the item isn’t protected during delivery.

Honour all returns
What’s the point of relying on your sizing tool when i have no redress when it sizes me completely wrong. I pretty much have a non-refundable garden tent instead of an outfit I’ve been too self conscious to buy for years. Oh well. Might try ASOS

At the moment I'm hvn troubles with Cotton On products Sizes especially the Men Suits..
EU sizes problem, get confused when it comes to EU Sizes they should have AU Size Chart instead it makes it alot easier and quicker to shop

Separate purchaser|recipient and gift wrapping
Please make it simpler and clearer to define a sender and a recipient. I just purchased a bag for my mother and it changed my account into her name and I had to change it back again.
Also a "send as gift" tick box would be very helpful, even if you don't want to offer a gift wrapping service, just a box that lets me know that my recipient won't see the price would be good piece of mind.
(still not sure how there isn't money to be made in charging $5 for some paper and ribbon but lets ignore…

Have 22-24 size models in plus size clothing rather than 18 or 16
Those styles can look very different on a tall model plus size than a short very fat plus size and the length is more obvious also

Stock more of the sizes that go quickly I.e. M and L
Every time I go to get something in my size it is often gone and the S AND XS sizes are always there.

If customers buy more than 3 garments all in one transaction I think we should be rewarded or if we buy more than one garment the same we should get the second one half price or discounted

Bring in more new items from silk laundry, especially their shirts and shirt dresses.
