Filter to compare sizes per brand
It would be helpful to have a filter where you can compare sizes across different brands that way you get a perfect fit everytime. Nothing worse than ordering clothing in the wrong size, you can start to get self-conscious if the items are to small this way your clothes fit perfectly.

Add corporate options to its sustainable lines and commit to third party audits by recognised entities
I want to keep shopping with The Iconic because it offers unparalleled convenience. I am trying to shift away from "fast-fashion" and brands that use unsustainable materials and inhumane production methods. As I am on a budget, I am drawn to your house brand AERE and others like it. Would you consider adding corporate clothes to your sustainable lines? I have been unable to find office-wear (slacks, blazers, pencil skirts) for women made ethically.

Hey Iconic,
I shop in the men's and women's section for clothes, shoes and accessories. I am a returning customer and prefer to use your online shop over many others,
I would really love it if I were able to just search "size EU40" in shoes and be able to see all shoes regardless of gender.
It would be great if I could do the same for other sections of the store, such as "TOPS" and see all tops. I like wearing button up shirts, and these are hard to find in the women's section but I would still like…

not having to print the return label. Being able to just write your own as the info is already in my account
I have a home printer but sometimes it doesn't work. During covid many lost jobs or weren't in an office - so access to printers was not easy. It would be good to have a return label either included or to just be able to write one yourself - knowing that the details were already entered in your account. Printing labels seems so old school.

Have multiple lists/ segmentation for new arrivals
Ie kids

Causal wear
Dresses

Focus on ethical and sustainably sourced fashion and focus less on fast fashion
Would be great to see more of a variety of sustainably and ethically sourced brands. And more natural fibres in clothes

Organise their shoes better
When searching for Birkenstock’s (for example) there are like 4 listings for the same shoe but when you click on other colours a different style or material comes up. Some are listed as men’s/women’s/unisex but when you click through the colour options different ones come up. It makes it hard to compare options.
