have two different sized models for every outfit!! One size 8 and another 12-14. That would help INCREDIBLY!
We need to see girls in multiple sizes model the same outfit. I can not accurately shop as a size 12-14 girl when every model is size 8.

Reviews
Include customer reviews on individual items to help with selection. With some many items to choose from (which is great) it can be difficult to pick the right item! Adding an actual image/photo also!

Multiple delivery locations
How great would be if I could grab the same product for my bestie and myself and deliver it to two different places in one go? Often I buy two sets and have to worry about delivery on my own!! Perfect for a girls night or day out :)

Personalised sizing
Enter your measurements onto the site and when looking at a product it will recommend the most suitable size of that product based on your personal measurements... every brand sizing is so different these days it’s hard shopping online and more than not, I buy 2 sizes of a product and return one.

Quick View feature
show me the quick view while I'm browsing and not take me to another page so I have to get back to where I was before

show me if I've bought or returned an item in the past!
On a product page, it would be great to know if I've ever purchased that item in the past and if I kept it or returned it and why. It's a great quick reference for products that are sold over several seasons that I may look at again and think to buy it - but I might have returned it in the past because it didn't suit me.
This would be faster than going into order/returns history.

Have an edit for tall men and women!
I notice you have edits for maternity and petite sizing, but what about the tall men and women out there? Being 6'2" means it can be quite difficult to shop sometimes. Having an edit that could suggest of brands/clothing styles that would best suit taller people would be super helpful when shopping online.

Better search functionality
The search functionality is atrocious, making the user experience non existing. Way too many options and doesn't make sense. Also search results is atrocious, doesn't match my needs and not creating a great user experience

Please put measures to protect my details

Our full name, full address and phone numbers are included in the package which in some cases are enough to open a false account or credit card in your name. Rather than including our full details which is easily available for anyone to see, is it a possibility to conceal client’s details in the form of QR codes/ Barcodes. This way I can shop freely knowing iconic fully understands the importance of protecting my data.2 votes -

A popular shoe with in Australia that is becoming increasingly difficult to purchase more exclusive colour ways with the re-sellers spiking the prices. More readily available avenues to purchase this item would be great!

I wish you would send out email comms that are actually tailored to if you are registered on the Australian site or the NZ site.
Currently all your email comms comes from the Australian email address and contain information relating to the Australian site even if the users account is a NZ one. e.g. you send an email saying that some of my wishlist items are on sale and provide a link...to the Australian site where I don't have an account. So I then have to navigate to the NZ site, log in and see if they are still on sale. This isn't a great experience and I don't really bother looking at the wishlist sale updates anymore as it is a hassle.

Stone and strand
Please stock stone and strand! They have such a great variety of jewellery that’s quality but it’s so hard and limited to buy in australia. I think it’ll be a great hit!

Start including models who are shorter than 5’9
Models always seem to be 5’9 or taller. Especially with skirts and dresses, it would be great to see the length on models of all different heights
