    Iconic can make a difference to reducing waste, landfill and greenhouse gas from factory emissions by rewarding purchases of sustainable fashion. It could be a points system linked to 'considered' items, as well as items designed to be long lasting, less one-season fashion. They will probably be more expensive thus encouraging less quantity buying and more thoughtful shopping. Couple it with credits for Donate my clothes and Re-sell items programs and customers will have a very visible way of seeing their contribution to reducing global warming.   2. Having a petites range. We are not all model height.

    I look for petites ranges and usually spend most my money there as I know I won’t have to pay to alter pants and sleeve lengths.

  12. Please show all tops NOT TUCKED IN

    We can't work out the length and fit of tops if the models have the top tucked into their skirt/trousers/shorts in every single photo!
    For example, I might want a longer length top, but you only show it tucked in so it might actually be cropped and there is no way to tell.

  16. Accurate stock availability for 3 hour and same day delivery filters.

    When I need an emergency gift or outfit, sometimes your delivery filter of 3 hour delivery/ same day delivery stock isn’t accurate. You find out in the checkout that it won’t arrive on time, which is slightly frustrating when you’ve been scrolling through what you believed to be available.

  19. Show bags against a human so you can see how big it is

    Often it’s hard to tell how big a bag is in relation to a person, bags being photographed on someone is super helpful and will put me off purchasing if I can’t see how big it is

  20. Allow customers to leave reviews of purchases

    Allow customers to leave reviews as it helps in deciding on size. Also providing model measurements bust, waist & hips as wrll as height is most useful as we then have something to work with. If fabrics have a good stretch note that as that could be a difference in 1-2 sizes for perfect fitting.
