Better return packaging
Instead of having to tape the return slip on the packaging, it would be so much simpler if there was a clear pouch that the return slip could just be split into.

Fix 'saved' payment option/s
The very first payment option I used has saved to the checkout and I have never been able to change it even though I don't use that card anymore. Now I have to edit to my current card every single time I buy something and it never saves. I'm getting really tired of it.

Size reccomendation engine
After a purchase you can leave feedback (like ebay ratings in a way) for sizing - from a list of predefined sizing misfot options. Legs too short, waist slightly too wide, small across the chest, Perfect length etc
based on this info from users we can cross reference purchase historry with other users to give personalized sizing recommendations for certain brands and possibly even to the product level

Smart suggestions for new products based on previous views/purchases/wish list and saved preferences
Smart suggestions/notifications for new products based on more subtle product categories eg **** vs modest, colour palettes, block colours vs patterns based on previous purchases, product views, wish lists and saved preferences.

Stock past items no longer on sale in the shops
It would be great if you stocked 'best sellers' from shops like forever new etc. that are either sold out or no longer on sale in the shops.

Can you have more sneaker options
There are great sneaker options but we want more variety. I am a loyal customer to 'THE ICONIC' I don't want to go to places like "ASOS" because I cant find what I like

Make it easier to clear search refinements without having to start over
Sometimes when I'm looking at sale items and I click 'female' then 'clothing' then 'skirts' for example, I find it difficult to go back to the search menu that includes accessories, footwear etc. I usually have to click home and start over. It would be great if it was easier to go back to the whole menu that includes everything before you specify clothing or accessories for example.

Let me preview an image/ sizes before clicking into the full product page
Preview function from catalogue so you can see an image and maybe basic product details before clicking into the full catalogue page. I think it used to be a feature? ASOS and many other sites have this
