Make returns easy with out printing
I don't have a printer, as I'm sure many people do not. The new way of showing the label on your phone at the post office is easier, however, if a return barcode sticker was in the bag, which you'd activate by scanning a corresponding QR code, then apply- one could simply post the package back without going to the Post Office or seeking out a printer.

Print the recycling logo and plastic type on their plastic bags so that they can be recycled.
Given the amount of parcels you would be sending out every day of the year, it is quite sad that the plastic bags, in which your goods arrive, and which were specifically printed for the Iconic, do not have the little triangle on them with the number and type of plastic indicated. In most parts of Australia this means that your bags will end up in landfill.

Enable you to use a discount code on already reduced/sale merchandise
I often have a discount code from other companies, for instance QANTAS or UNIDAYS, and can only use it on full priced merchandise. I understand this, however some sale items I have purchased were more expensive than full priced merchandise. So perhaps these types of codes could be used once you spend over a certain amount instead of invalid altogether?

Expand the variety for Men's fashion accessories!
Support small businesses and stock upcoming Australian brands that specialise in men's accessories. Australia has very limited variety compared to the rest of the world, and so little to choose from compared to the choice women get! Check out local Australian companies such as Aristokrat. Great range of products!

Speed up refund processing time.
Perhaps an instant refund, before the goods are received back; particularly for loyal customers with proven track records of no problem returns. As long as the return has been booked in, this would seem viable. And, the sooner I get a refund, the sooner I can spend it with The Iconic! Everybody wins.

Speedier return process
To charge and send out new item required straight away, then once the returned item is received, to process the refund back to the client. Then the client is not waiting for the new item for ages, like myself. Thank you.
