Size suggestion, customer enter their height, weight, body type and when they log in, the site/app should show those items that fit them
Easier to filter out products that don't have stock for the size customer is looking for. It helps to save time on shopping

Stock the brand Banana Republic
Banana Republic is another great brand for work clothes. The actual brands websites shipping is very expensive.

Don't have any items delivered via your partner companies. Have all items delivered straight from your warehouse.
The deliveries that say 3-7 or 2-5 business days because they're delivered via partner (i.e. the brands themselves) take a lot longer than the estimated delivery time. They also don't let you choose to have your items left unattended, the tracking doesn't work and the packaging is done very badly. I have none of these problems when the items are delivered straight from the Iconic warehouse.

I bought a skirt in white for full price, but the black was 20% off. That's annoying

Stock larger sizes in Women's Shoes, 12's and 13's
Tall girls need access to nice shoes too, it's hard. If the ICONIC catered to them it would be fantastic.

Exclude certain brands/styles from search, example maternity, petite and plus size
Instead of having to select all brands or styles except a few be able to select all then exclude things maternity, petite, tall from your search results.

Video Imaging
It would be nice to see what the clothes look like on the model as she moves. Shoes should be graded as narrow or wide fitting, as some of the shoes are beautiful but when they arrive they are so narrow only a child could fit in them.

When items are returned ensure all.tags are there and if they are not please include a discount for the customer buying returned goods
Simple when buying previously returned items they.need to be discounted as most customer expect brand new clothes when buying them brand new

Allow me to virtually try on the clothes so I can see what it'll look like on my body
I want to see what something will look like on me - as well as how it fits - does it suit me. It would help me make more educated purchases and avoid having to return it if it doesnt fit or i dont like it...

Offer price guarantee for 3 wks
Just like shopping in the USA some store provide price guarantee to customer and if the item I bought go on sale within the next 3 wks ICONIC will refund the difference. So customer can feel at ease purchasing product when they like it and not waited to see if they will be on SALE

Ship the beautiful Forever New gear to New Zealand too.
There are a lot of really nice outfits in the Forever New brand. When scrolling thru all the clothes and you spot a Forever New outfit it is disappointing that you find it cannot be sent to New Zealand.
