Shirts and tops not tucked in.
Some of the tops are tucked into jeans and skirts. You can't tell how long the top is. Take more photos with it untucked. Size 12/14 photos too.

MyStyle Profile
Allow me to create a profile of my style based on me storing some basics such as tall/medium/short, colour category (spring, summer, winter, autumn, bright etc. based on skin tone and hair/eye colouring), favourite colours, body shape (X, apple, skittle, pear etc.). Then offer to filter items based on MyStyle profile. This would mean adding some new classifications to your existing products so the matching could happen.

More specific size guides
I was recently browsing through dresses and found that Cooper St is now featuring size-by-size garment measurements in the details section and I was so beyond happy. I rarely buy dresses online, as my bust fits a normal size 10, while my waist and hips fit a normal size 6-8 so I usually have trouble finding the right fit. The Iconic returns process does make it fairly easy to buy/try/return/exchange but finding these exact measurements (as opposed to estimating the appropriate size off the general size guide) was a massive answer to a concern I've had for a while.

Incentivise people to referr friends, so once friend makes a purchase you get $X credit.

Increase the time for returning items
30 days is too short, increase to 60 days.
If you are buying a gift or Christmas present 30 days is a disincentive for buying online.

Larger sizes in Denim and Branded shorts
Mens Denim Jeans, Denim Shorts, Casual Shorts for 40 inch waist and above. Larger Singlets from Brand Names like Nike, Lonsdale, Adidas for the bigger guys......2XL, 3XL, 4XL sizes that are true to measurement when you get them. Sizes need to be transparent.

The return shipping label is aligned too close to the edge of the paper when you print it out
It's difficult to prevent part of the label being cut off by an automatic print border. If you could place the label further inwards from the edge of the paper, it would help. I realise the current alignment works for Australia Post.

Have a toddler/ kids range
I have a one year old boy & would love to get funky clothing & especially cool new kicks, that isn't the same as all the other kids- from shopping at the "normal" shops everyone goes to! ;-)
