Be an ‘Iconic Insider’
An ‘Iconic Insider’ is a VIP system that works through points. Every dollar spent you earn a point. Once reached certain amount of points you can cash you points in, either a voucher that has a $ value or for a % off.
Have different levels as well e.g white, black, silver and gold or entry level, platinum etc. The higher the level the more $ or % you’re entitled to.
A few times a year (e.g. every quarter of the year) have a “feeling generous” moment and have gifts for ‘insiders’. Each level will have a different gift!

Advise when an item on the wishlist is almost sold out!
There have been so many times I added an item to my wishlist and after a few days (as I sometimes prefer to wait for my next pay) without notice its sold out! If I know it's selling out or almost sold out I would buy ASAP!

Create search feature by style of item
There are so many items to manually search through, I would love it if you could cut the search down to items that would suit your body type, a-line, shift dress etc.

Add a sort by "ease of care" option
I don't really want to spend hours and hours behind the ironing board and I don't really want to waste time, water, and electricity have to wash items separately so purchasing items that are easy to care for but that still look good is a big bonus!

Stock wide fit shoes in their exclusive brands like Spurr and Atmos&here
Websites such as ASOS stock their own/exclusive brands in standard fit and wide fit. This would be great on The Iconic as I love the sandals but they are always too narrow and ankle straps too short so I cannot buy them.

Drop down boxes
I want to look at dresses (or whatever). I have my favourite brands, so I just choose these from.the drop down box. I might have 10 pages of results, however I have to scroll past ALL the brands on every page to see my results. Its time consuming

Compensation
Compensate me for the time and cost I had to pay to find my parcel, because Iconic can't deliver between their 9 - 5pm delivery time frame to a work place.
