Show items in different colour options as one rather than separate items altogether
Items which are available in different colours would be easy to find from a drop down menu rather than a completely different item listed

Honour $20 off voucher if first purchase was a return.
My first purchase with the iconic I was happy to receive a $20 off voucher but was disappointed that when I returned the item (as it didn’t suit me) that I lost the voucher which was also confirmed by customer service.

Have models of different heights
The male models are considerably taller than average male height. It would be great if you could either have models of different sizes OR a picture of a person of a different height wearing the same article of clothing (particularly shirts / jackets etc). I sometimes receive items which look nothing like those displayed.

Stock more size 16 and above
It is obvious you only buy very few pieces in size 16, because as soon as the new item goes live, it is almost immediately "low in stock" and within a few hours says there is only one item left, or is completely sold out. It is obviously a popular size, so why aren't you stocking more? And why aren't there more brands that stock larger sizes in the first place? Mark items that you have already purchased
Have an icon to show if you have already purchased that item, I sometimes forget I purchased an item and returned it as it didn’t look good on.

postage
Your system for entering postal addresses is antiquated and doesn't let us put in multi-line places properly (such as parcel lockers). You also require me to sign for a package, but since you won't deliver it directly to me at work due to your limited address option, that isn't feasible either. I literally just joined to buy something, and was trying to order a watch right now, but your ****** system was so frustrating that I'm going to go order it directly from the manufacturer for $20 more rather than deal with it.

Loyalty points and same price exchange if exchanged within 14 days.
Loyalty points are something I always look for. And if I buy something on a special offer and the size is wrong I would like to be able to exchange it for a smaller size at the same price. Thanks for asking Cheers Tru.

Do not get rid of free returns or 110% credit for returns
This is what sets the retailer apart from other online stores. Free shipping and returns in a reasonable timeframe is great. And if we exchange it to get an extra 10% store credit encourages me to purchase more on the iconic.

Style entire outfits
Style outfits so we can purchase a top and matching skirt and accessories. Items should be displayed on a model but also listed separately for purchase. Similar to next.com.au

Also issues when purchasing items and then by the time I receive it or want to return it suddenly is on the Final sale and can't be returne.
Keep record of when item is purchased in regards to Final Sales. I have purchased items and between the time of receiving or wanting to return the item it is now in Final Sale category. When I purchased it that wasn't the case so if when we order you could flag it, colour code etc that identifies that it was not purchased as part of this Sale. This could be done within our Order summary. Therefore allowing me to still return/ exchange the item. Currently I have to contact you for authorisation to return these items. It makes me a…

Suggest cami/slips/tanks that colour match some of the sheer tops available.
I purchased a sheer top thinking I could find a cami/tank to match from The Iconic, when I couldn't find one I decided I would have to wear a cami I already owned. Unfortuantely the colour did not match and I returned the top.
It would be great to have the option to purchase a cami/tank that matches the colour of the blouse being purchased.
