Amend website
Browsing is so annoying because there is no bar at the side to let you know how far through the browse you are.
When on your phone, you cannot quickly get out of viewing something. The back button is in the top left corner. For those woth larger phones it isn’t a comfortable area to reach for which is why people put in their Wishlist then view and remove. It also puts people off viewing something better which means they may actually like something but chose not to go into it for a better look.2 votes -

100 DAY RETURNS
One thing I loved about the Iconic and which set you apart from all the other online stores was your 100day returns policy. Bring it back!

Make it easier to use discount code before taking me straight to afterpay
There was no where to use discount code for $30 off, it took me straight to afterpay and charged me $120 instead of $90.

Determining size
Encourage customers to upload their measurements along with the size they purchased, so that we have an idea as to what size to purchase ourselves

Sizing
Prompt sellers to say their size and whether the item they purchased was true to size or runs small or larger (as well as the size they normally are at a chain store like Glassons so we can compare).

More accurate shoe sizing
Allow customer reviews for each product, including - wide fit, narrow fit, larger fit, smaller fit etc....comfort and for boots include whether they are larger around the calf or narrow.

Offer free shipping when spending over $40
Like ASOS- they offer free postage over $40. This makes purchasing easier and I dont buy things I dont need just to make up the price- then i end up returning the other items.

Provide more discount codes for returning customers
For example when you receive an order, there’s a discount code inside (like they used to do)
Or a ‘we haven’t seen you in a while, here’s a discount code’ email
A code on your birthday etc.

Stock gold watches
Rose gold is out-dated, however seems to be dominating the stock. I have noticed the iconic only stocking the rose-gold and some silver watches of lines e.g. Paul Hewitt
