  3. Use more realistic sized models & an outdoor shot in natural lighting

    It would be great to see clothing items on more realistic & various sized models & a shot of the item in natural lighting taken outdoors to better gauge colour, transparency.

  4. 3XL to 9XL sizing for Iconic

    Considering 8XL is the highest selling men's size in the UK and 5XL in the USA, one can only imagine what Australia's best selling size is.
    I would think its 6XL or 7XL in shirts and jackets, 3XL to 5XL in shorts and 122 to 137cm in trousers.
    If you don't stock it, you cant sell it !!!!!.

  7. Price match

    When a certain brand items are on sale on their own website (eg Forever New, Samantha Wills), Iconic should match the sale. For eg there is an item on Forever New that is 20% off but in Iconic it is full price.

  9. The only idea= when item is gift remove price tag for buyer

    Include option, if item is gift it would be good to remove the price/cost of item, before being posted to recipients address.

  10. Remove the item from public view once it is placed in somebody's cart.

    It is a disappointment when you put something into the checkout & continue to shop you can lose it if somebody else purchases and the stock is low - I would think that it is in your cart it should be removed for others.

  12. I’d love to see how some clothes/outfits fit on different sized models.

    I think it would be good to see how the one item of clothing fits on different sized models tall/short/slim/curvy etc it can give you a much better idea of how it will fit

  13. Ladies larger size shoe range

  14. Be able to store ‘favourite searches’

    Be able to save ‘favourite searches’. I often search dresses in certain brands, certain size & price range so it would be great if I could save that search and click on it each time I log in to see the new items that have arrived.

  15. Have a customisable wishlist

    Give customers the ability to organise our own wishlists. Having tabs in my wishlist (or even the option to click and drag things to change the order) would allow me to collate pieces overtime to create an entire outfit. This would make life so much easier since the current wishlist displays items in the order that they were added, making it difficult for me to picture the outfit so I end up having to return items.

  18. Designer Collaboration & The Iconic + New Designer competition

    Two fold idea
    Twice a year release limited run collabs with designers (along the line of H&M, Gorman, Target etc)
    Combine this with championing the next generation of Australian designers by hosting a competition to recover the next big thing.

    So it works like this, each year one of the collaborations is with a recognised Australian (or OS) brand - posisbly one you don’t usually stock or with one of your higher end labels.   20. Allow returns on ALL sale items

    Right size and fit is difficult enough in a store environment and even more difficult when buying online. You should allow returns on all sale items within the 30 day period and un-worn.
