Include a filter for body shape
This would help customers get ideas of styles that suit their shape! It would be great to have the standard.. pear, hourglass, big bust but also others such as column, inverted triangle etc

Have photos of the shoes on a model so I can see what the shoe actually looks like on.
Please take photos of some one wearing the shoes. It would make shopping for shoes so much easier

Send the display product not the cheap knock off
Ordered a gorgeous coat for $150 got on sale for $119 which I was happy to pay as it looked classy. I received a poor quality knock off - sleeves weren’t even hemmed. You should be ashamed advertising one thing and sending garbage

Show more sizing
Show the items worn on different sized models and styled differently. I like seeing shoes on a foot also as they can sometimes look totally different :-)

Send Kids shoes to NZ
Would be nice to have Nike and converse/other brands sent to NZ as they currently only send these brands for kids to AUS

Reward system - when you reach a certain amount of points, you receive a voucher
I shop with you all the time, so I would love to get points for the purchases I make

Be able to view all items from a certain brand if you view an item you like
If you view an item you like have an option to view all items from that particular brand

Filter by size
It would be nice to be able to filter a sale by size, would cut down searching time and disappointment.

Recyclable/biodegradable packaging - be aware
It’s great to see recyclable/biodegradable packaging come up as an idea here but please note that just because a plastic is labeled as recyclable/biodegradable does not mean that it is. It depends where you live in the country and if your council has the facilities to recycle/biodegrade the plastic. Perhaps The Iconic could offer an initiative where customers return their packaging to the company and then The Iconic could forward it on to a place that can process it.

Use everyday people to model the clothes
I love it when big organisation use "real people" to showcase clothing. We are the majority. Models are a minority.

A short video of the model wearing the product
I would love to see as part of the photos of the model wearing the product a short video of the model walking around in the product. Sometimes you get a better feel for how the product is going to look on you.

Reward people for uploading photos
It’s so much easier to shop when you can see photos of people if all shapes and sizes wearing the item you’re debating whether to buy.
A rewards system where after a certain number of reviews and photo uploads gets you a percentage off, or a $$ voucher would be great.1 vote
