Have more models wearing jewellery, it's so hard to visualise the size, length of an item if it's not on a body.
Same goes with bags, sizing is difficult to visualise if a model isn't holding or wearing it.

Have a shop the look option
It would be great if when you like a pair of jeans, but also like the top that below the jeans is the top and the shoes etc. so many times I see a top with pants and I want them both but can’t find the top :)

Complete Look Options
If the model is showing a dress for example, at the bottom of the page should be the brand of shoes she’s wearing, the accessories, the belt etc so I can look these items up and purchase them to get the complete look

Gift exchange
When you buy an item as a gift there should be a separate slip or return card or extra bag for the gift recipient to return/exchange/refund the item.
It’s so awkward when you have to return the item and then re gift it.

have more fashionable styles & labels for the older gals, say 70's and up!
being an older gal in her 70's i'd like to see more stylish labels for my age group in all the clothing categories. no plunging necklines or backs, no nude mid-drifts, no mini mini's - more appropriate neclines/backs, more midi skirt/dress lengths, more catering for the stylish fashionable older age group of gals out there! and in the larger sizes, say 14,16, 18.

Less packaging, clothes don’t need to be individually wrapped
Reduce the amount of packaging for online purchasing by reducing plastic wrapped items. Also, asking if we want shoe boxes.

Have a system for when an item you JUST bought goes on sale/special
I regularly buy items and then see there is a 40% off etc. within days of me ordering. Usually I then re-order the item and return the SAME item I have to get the sale price.
Instead of returning the item and re-ordering, can you have a system where we can claim the new discount against an item if bought within 7 days or something?!2 votes -
