Maybe different size models showing clothes on-
Different size models will show how the garment fits across various sizes! Also different skin colourings will help us see what the colour will look like

Have a monthly competion where they randomly select a customer from each state and reward them with a gift voucher for regular spending.
Be rewarded for purchasing a certain amount of items per month. E.G buy 10 item a month and get a choice of $100 off your next item or the 11th item free. I think thats a fair gift most people purchase over $50 to get free shipping

More Vegan and Ethical, Fair-trade clothing and Shoes options :)
I am happy to pay a bit more for stuff that is ethically produced and knowing the workers got paid a fair wage for their hardwork is always a good feeling on the conscience, unfortunately it is hard to find fair-trade and vegan clothing in a good price range :)

Have a pop up brand?
For those brands who are somehow unwilling or not interested to work with the Iconic long term, maybe The Iconic can have a deal with them for a pop up - i.e 1 week pop up.

Better filters for material
Currently if I search for natural materials, eg. Cotton, linen, etc I get search results of clothes that INCLUDE these materials even if it's only 1%. I would like an easier way to find clothes that are 100% the materials I've searched for.

Improve search function
Would be great to have specific search categories where items automatically filter.. For example “summer dresses” or “wedding guest” or “smart casual”. This enables online shoppers to easily shop for the event or specific look they need. :)

Flag when the item runs small like st frock does
I bought a really nice atmos and here dress the other week which was a clearance item. Atmos and here generally is true to size but when my item arrived I could not even zip it up. I was unable to return as it was clearance. There should have been a warning to indicate the item runs small.

Hold sports / workout / fashion events for the general public (ticketed) rather than just for influencers
As a leader in sports and activewear - I would love to see THE ICONIC hold sporting / workout events for customers to attend (all customers, not just VIPs or influencers) with promotions and goody bags for attendees. I’d pay up to $50 to attend such an event. Good example is Dharma Bums’ recent event hosted by Shona Vertue - 45 min yoga/Pilates workout followed by meet and greet and amazing goodie bag.

Bring in video as well as just photos.
The asos website has a feature where there is a short, no frills video of the model walking and turning around in the clothing. As well as the usual photos. I find this makes a huge difference as compared to just photos.

Have a tab we can click for 'sustainable' or 'locally made' or 'ethical clothing australia' accredited products!
You have heaps of brands that are doing really great things for the environment or workers rights, but it is really hard to find them without having to google search EVERY BRAND! As an ethics-conscious shopper, I would use the iconic way more if I could just click to select brands that are doing right by people and the environment.
