More diverse models
I’d love to be able to shop for my friends that aren’t a small-medium, but I don’t feel confident because I can’t see what it may look like in a larger size. I get the economics of having several different models for each piece may not be realistic, however, there are a few sites that allow customers to post pictures of themselves in the items along with their reviews, which I appreciate because there’s always such a broad spectrum of people posting & showing us how they styled there looks...it kind of makes me want to engage more with a…

Having two different sized model to display clothes. (eg. a small and large)

With the plus size clothing, maybe have models who are more than a size 14-16. That’s more of an average woman size than a true plus size.

Customer reviews and images
Similar to what Modcloth does - I find that SO helpful when I shop with them. Not everyone is the same and even 2 people who are the same size can look wildly different. It would make things a bit easier!

Get the website fixed!

Just get back to my query so I know where my package is
So the idea is when a query is received from a customer, rather than have them chase you 4 times for a reply... connect with them and assist so they receive the item they order within a reasonable timeframe.

Info on customs and duty charges for product returns
Send a notification when my product gets stuck at customs that tells me what my options are around refunds/duty/tax charges if it doesnt fit

Please offer Express postage
Many times I avoid the iconic because of my location, it takes up to 6-7 business days for my items to arrive, surftitch offer free express and even in my remote location, it takes 2 days and for free, I could buy so much more from the iconic if express post was an option.

You don't stock nearly enough of most common sizes. I think that you should offer them at the same price as they were when a notification is requested.

Show details for the other items pictured or worn with the item you are looking at so that if you want to purchase the whole look it’s easy

Eg - a nice top shown with a nice skirt and shoes , make it easy to find whole outfit and easier to add whole outfit into bag .
