Take care of their items,
I ordered Quay sunnies JLo Reina.. and there’s a bit of scratch. I didn’t complain for an exchange or return cause it’s such a hassle to return the item cause I have already waited for it for so long to be delivered.
Your items on sale or whatsoever doesn’t mean you’ll give us a not so good quality items.

So on revolve you can buy organic skincare and makeup and I would love that, if you stock sodashi, Vanessa Megan, hot tresses, kjaer weis, Zuii, the beauty chef, agent natuer, etc
Because you have such fantastic next day delivery, and often that would come in handy for makeup and skincare.

Introduce a robust beauty range
I was pretty disappointed to click on your 'beauty' range and see one lip gloss available. Asos has been dominating in this space for years - makeup, beauty, haircare, body; it's all there for the taking. This could be a great opportunity for the ICONIC to put the spotlight on a range of medium-high end quality Australian makeup and beauty manufacturers and deliver them to the Australian mainstream market.
