More competitive pricing
More research needs to be done in comparison to competitors discounts.
For example if Nine West have 30% of new season then The Iconic needs to offer the same.
As there is no reason I would buy a fully priced item from The Iconic if it was on sale directly from the brand itself. Same goes with the “clearance items” directly from brand.
Also a lot of times if you’re buying from the brand directly as a first time customer they often offer a one off discount. So I feel this should be incorporated at The Iconic too.2 votes -

Allow Customers Feedback/ Reviews on items purchased
Allow customers who has purchased items to place feedback or recommendations on the specific items. E.g. whether item is true to size or not normal fit. If the material quality is high or if it wears easily and looks terrible after washing etc. This allows the customers to see how others who have already purchased the items feel in an honest review

Fits are not always graded correctly for larger men, just the same as women we need to see varied fits.

Not put maternity with plus size and curvy.
Plus size and maternity are very different genres of clothing. They fulfil different criteria. Plus size woman deserve to better than to have to search through maternity clothing when looking through curvy boutique.

Holiday edits during different seasons
During Australian winters a lot of people travel to Europe and south east Asia, having holiday edits with clothing tailored to European vacation or Bali get away would be great for travellers who either have to buy clothes earlier in the season or buy the latest grey, black or navy winter styles for their holiday.
