Stock smaller size
Stocking some smaller sizes for some clothes or shoes that are available by the brand but not on the website would be appreciated.

Stop items in your favourites list disappearing and reappearing
Items in my favourites disappear and reappear all the time. Why cant it just say "out of stock" or "back soon". This is frustrating because I don't know if I have deleted it or its out of stock forever

Please allow size exchanges for 'non return' items!
I ordered a non return item and loved the look, but unfortunately it runs big :( - would be great if size exchanges were allowed at least instead of just for faulty items - and if the new size is no longer available then a store credit would be a great next option!

Have an option where you can list your favorite brands and when the brand is on sale you can be notified.

Rewards incentive.....
A POINTS SYSTEM- WITH REWARDS (ie - gift voucher). For example - $500 worth of shopping = $50 Iconic rewards!!

All shoes to be worn by a model
I would love to see every pair of shoes listed, to be on a models feet so we can see exactly where straps sit, how things look around the ankle, how high or low a boot is cut etc.

Fix Atmos & Here Plus range
The sizing is definitely not plus sizes, excellent range and styles but no way is the sizing right. I am a standard 16/18 and a 14 or small in Plus ranges, a size 22 Atmos & Here dress and top didn't fit.....it's false advertising.

Give an option to ship items together
I get that it might be quicker to ship items separately but it’s kind of annoying to go to the post office 3 times to collect items from the same order. It’d be good to have an option to ship items together, even if that meant they took longer - people could choose that option if they’re not in a rush

Carry stock for women with big busts. I often have to take tops in a larger size and they do not fit well.
