I wish the Iconic would access all my cookies from the clothing/brands I look up on google and make me a list of similar things that they stock.

Making shopping more sustainable by adding "how to style" tips to achieve different looks with the one garment
On the last image frame, show or list different ways to style with accessories, what colour shoes to style with or ways to achieve different looks with the one garment by adding a belt of rolling sleeves or tucking in etc. Perhaps even different style tips based on different shape bodies?

Have a Voucher Codes section in your account - so customers are not scrolling through emails to find a relevant code!
To find a relevant voucher/discount code, it takes a long time to firstly find them and secondly to see the caveats involved and lastly to see if its still applicable because of the date. So it'll be a lot better if the voucher codes are auto-applied at checkout or if there's a section within our account which shows all the eligible ones. Trust me this gonna help customers massively!

A "teacher-friendly" search option.
A filter option that shows items suitable to wear in a classroom with primary school children. For example, dresses that are not sheer, have spaghetti or tie up/bow straps, doesn't show off bust, has a closed back, etc.
Otherwise, at least add these to a "filter out" search option.1 vote -
Packaging
Just better protection of products if they are mailed in a bag, mainly watches an other items that can be damage through the mailing system. And if I get a discount it would be great if it is automatically applied at checkout. That’s all thank you.

Outlet means outlet prices! In 1 transaction from main site!
Outlet means heavily discounted not just sale items you already have a sale section and why can't you buy from both in one transaction

SHOW ALL SHOES ON
Please have pictures of every shoe on models! Shoes look completely different off vs on - and sometimes not a "good" different 😅 And it's hard to tell just from photos of the shoe!

We love that The Iconic stocks this sustainable brand. The sizing can run small though so we’d love to see it offered in the next size up.

Split Payment Method
A split payment method at the checkout reaches out to a yet wider range of people. This allows customers to pay certain percentages from different accounts/cards, resulting in more purchases and benefitting everybody all around.
