More info on the models to give a better understanding of fit
I wish there was more info on the model, like what size they're wearing, if the items is a loose fit or tight on them, if the styling alters the shape, how tall they are, if they're wearing a different size to usual. This would mean customers could get a better idea of how the product will fit onto different bodies, eg. if the dress looks too short and the model is over 6ft you could purchase knowing it will be longer on you

Have a rewards system like Sephora!
Every dollar you spend accumulates a point for better rewards as well as free samples. But instead of giving samples you could offer half price items in their wish list or something

Finer filters for searching.
E.g. leather, cotton, cashmere etc.

Not assume that all customers are under 30 years of age. Mature women like contemporary fashion too.

Have a 'give back' option - a fund/s and projects that are supported by Iconic and shoppers, ie conservation, community, etc
A part of the income from certain group of goods could fund conservation, community, charity projects.

Let you enter your dimensions and show you clothes based on those
You’d enter your measurements, and clothes fitting those measurements would be shown.

Using "notify me" as a reason to restock
So the notify me button is great. But, can you please take note of all the things people click notify me on. Use it as guidance to actually restock. Take action to restock rather than just notify if it is restocked. Also, if you KNOW it isn't going to come back in stock, then tell the people who clicked notify me that it will not be back in stock. It's super frustrating to click notify me for months and have no idea if that button even does anything.

More than one voucher code at a time
It would be great to be able to put in more than one voucher code at one time. For example, if I put in a code to get a discount, but also be able to put in my $10 sign up voucher code or $20 gift code as well. I wouldn't even mind if there was a minimum spend to use that second code too. As it would be great to be able to combine a few at once. Make use of the over $50 free delivery purchase all at once.

Have some clothing modelled by size 12 or size 14 models
Some clothes (not all!) would look better if modelled by either size 12 or size 14 models. We as a consumer would get a better picture if we could have a better visual.

I love seeing the jewellery modelled!
It’s so hard to tell how low a necklace will hang (even though it has the measurements) or how big a ring will actually look on your hand, so having the jewellery modelled is so essential! (It also helps seeing the jewellery against different skin tones)

More rigorous quality control.
I purchased a Dorothy Perkins jumper and when I put it on just before going out, I noticed a hole in the knit. It was from faulty manufacturing. It took a rushed 30 minutes to find the thread and needle to fix it. I had already removed the label and ribbons so returning it was not possible. There should be more quality control on all brands.

sell womens dresses and shorts at different lengths
I prefer dresses and shorts at knee length. However, there are limited items that I like that meet this criteria. I would prefer most products to be available in different lengths.

Review your purchase
I would love the option to review clothes once you have purchased them, that gives people a bit more security that it's going to fit right, or if it might be too short etc. Even giving people the option to post photos or attach photos of other people wearing the piece of clothing.
