Styling Advice
Give styling advice from stylists on a live chat or something along those lines. Asos did this at one stage and really helped me to choose clothes I would never have thought would suit me based on my figure shape.

Honour proper refund rules and refund a double charge to my credit card through PayPal while it was glitchy
You are LITERALLY SENDING ME TWO PAIRS OF THE SAME SHOE AND I CONTACTED YOU IMMEDIATELY and I am also out $150 this is APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE and I even would have taken a store credit but all I got was excuses. Not good enough I will be taking my business and money to a better site.

Please update on delays
Please please update customers on delays, I ordered something for a birthday last week and was told it would be here by thursday and turns out there was delay I was not notified about and now I am waiting intil monday i decided to order the same item on express shipping and it said to be here today and my order hasn't even been processed yet. I am extremely dissapointed as I see this person every few months and I arranged there presents all to be here by today. Obviously in peak times such as fathers day you would know…

Mens Plus sizes , very good idea but the range is so limited and has been the same for months
Would love to be able to buy more of the Polo items and other designer items in larger mens sizes . you range is very limited and has not changed
