Please please update customers on delays, I ordered something for a birthday last week and was told it would be here by thursday and turns out there was delay I was not notified about and now I am waiting intil monday i decided to order the same item on express shipping and it said to be here today and my order hasn't even been processed yet. I am extremely dissapointed as I see this person every few months and I arranged there presents all to be here by today. Obviously in peak times such as fathers day you would know there would be delays so maybe tell customers it will be here 2-3 days later rather than promising something you can't deliver on it's really annoying when you pay $10.95 for express and it is not worth it.
